My name is Carlos Martinez, and I have been a senior duct cleaning technician at VENTNEX Los Angeles for three years. In that time, I have serviced hundreds of homes across the LA metro area, and I can tell you that no two jobs are exactly alike.
One thing that makes Los Angeles unique is the sheer variety of housing. In a single week, I might work on a 1920s Spanish colonial in Los Feliz, a mid-century modern in Palm Springs, and a brand-new construction in Santa Clarita. Each type of home has different ductwork configurations, different challenges, and different solutions.
The biggest issue I see in LA homes is a combination of dust and biological growth.
